During my recent stay at Ibis for a gourmet getaway, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's warm ambiance and culinary offerings. As a French native with a penchant for fine dining, I appreciated the attention to detail in the restaurant's innovative menu.One evening, I decided to indulge in a hot beverage to round off my meal, and the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee instantly transported me back to cozy cafes in Lyon. Additionally, the opportunity to grab a juicy piece of fruit to enjoy on the go brought a touch of healthy indulgence to my stay.While I found the breakfast to be a tad overpriced for the selection, I couldn't resist trying a few items. Despite being prepared in a microwave, the flavors were surprisingly satisfying, giving a glimpse of French culinary mastery even in simpler dishes.Ibis provided a comfortable setting for my culinary exploration, and I look forward to returning for another gastronomic adventure in the future.
